Note: The below is just a guide. We recommend that whenever possible you get a qualified seamstress to measure your dress size. Always get someone else to make the measurements for you: measuring yourself will give inaccurate numbers and could lead to disappointment.
All of our dresses are custom made even though it is a standard size dress, no dresses in stock, the tailoring period is 12-15 working days, and expedited period is 3-7 working days, rush order need to pay extra money.
If there display few different color pictures for the dress, we will default the first picture color as picture color
We check everything carefully before shipping. The dress and accessories will be packed in a box. You may need to have the dress pressed before wearing it.
All goods will be shipped by EMS/TNT/UPS/DHL international shipping service. You will be provided a tracking number once the parcel is on the way.

How long does it take to receive the dress?
You can expect to receive the wedding gown in around 2-3 weeks after payment is cleared. If you need it urgent , We can make it rush .
Can I make some changes to this dress?
Yes, you can. We try our best to accomodate all special requirements you may have. There will be a small premium depending on the work required. Please feel free to contact us to discuss about it.
Can you make a dress according to my design?
Yes, we do. You could provide your own design or tell us how you would like your dream wedding dress to be. We`ll make it come true. We have the most experienced designers and seamstresses in the industry. You will find satisfaction in the dress we make exclusively for you.
