Shipment
- When you place an order, please choose a shipping method and pay for the order including the shipping fee. We will send the items within 3 trading days once your payment is completed.
- We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries. This may affect whether your product will be delivered quickly.
- Please note that buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and faxes for importation into your country, These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.
- The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyer are responsible for customs duties.
- We provide Free Shipping Sevice for this product by China Air Post, normally it will arrive your shipping address in 15-25 business days.
- We provide 2 kind different shipment service for different request as follow:
1: China Post Air Mail shipment way, but it take about 7-20 working days(Free shipping, but a little longer time, you need have enough patience for waiting the products).
2: EMS, it take about 5-7 working days (very good shipment way, recommending for you);
Please confirm shipment way and payment, and we will ship the products to you as soon as possible, then we will tell you the tracking number; Anyway, your item will be taken good care when you receive it.
If you want faster delivery, you can choose EMS, DHL, UPS, Fedex. These delivery services need additional shipping cost.
Returns
- We do our best to serve our customers the best that we can.
- We will refund you if you refund the items within 15 days of your receipt of the items for any reason. However, the buyer should make sure that the items retuned are in their original conditions. If items are damaged or lost when they are retuned, the buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss, andwe will be unablegive the buyer a full refund. The buyer should try to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss.
- The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fees to return the items.
Color Mismatch
- Differences in color may be caused by some other reasons such as color reflection in the monitor, lighting, background etc. However, if you believe that the item received is in wrong color, please contact us to see if a return or refund is possible.
