Returns
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer all our customers refunds (excluding original postage paid) or exchanges for items returned within 10 days of receipt.
Please note that all products must be returned unused, in its original packaging. We suggest you use a traceable method of shipping as we cannot be held responsible fro any lost items.
Returns and refunds are usually processed within 24 to 48 hrs of receipt of goods.
IMPORTANT: If you are returning an item, please mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” or “GIFT” and declare about 15-20 USD value for the parcel.
Shipping and Signature
We take great care in packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We check every item before we pack it. Therefore, pls check the package before you sign for it, if it is broken or damaged, you make a record with the carrier. At the same time, you take a photo and send , we will solve the problem for you at the first time.
Customs
It is the buyer’s responsibility for any custom duty fees that may be charged upon delivery. How the import duty will be charged depends on each country’s custom policies.
If the items are detained by Customs after the shipment has been left the seller’s country, the buyer is responsible for clearance of the detained items.
