1. Our products
We have sold our product to all over the world. Most of our products are: wedding dress,
wedding gown, evening dress, prom dress, party dress, cocktail dress. Besides, we also
product bridesmaid dress, mother of bride dress, Maternity dress, flower girl dress and
christening dress.
2.Material used in the dress
Generally, Satin, taffeta, chiffon, organza, soft tulle, cotton often used in the dress.
If our clients don't have any special requirment, we will use same fabric with the photo
show. However, if you want to use other fabric such as silk, please let us know when you
order the dress.
3. Measuring guide
If you give us your own sizes, please send us your sizes in detail, just as showed above.
Besides, when you measure your sizes, you should be careful.
Bust- take the tape around your back and bring it across the fullest part of your bust.
Your arms should be relaxed, down at your sides.
Waist- this is the smallest part of your waist.
Hips- this is the widest part of your hips, across the hipbone.
Shoulder to waist- when you take this size, the tape should from the shoulder to the
waist through nipple, just as the picture show. And, shoulder to floor also should through
the nipple.
In order to keep the measuring tape comfortably loose. We suggest you measure yourself by a professional tailor.
4. About the color
You can choose any color in our color chart. If there no color you like, please contact
us, we will offer you help.
There may be a slight color difference between the picture online and the finished dress
(this is not an error).
5. Clients' own design
We accept clients' own design. If you can't find your satisfied style, you also can send
us your own design. We can make the dress in your design, fabric, color, size.
6. Package
Our products are packed in pp bags. If you have any special requirment, just tell us, we
will pack according to you requirement.
7. Delivery
Most of our products are shipped by DHL. However, if you want to use other Express, we
also can arrange for you. Such as USP, EMS, TNT, Fedex etc..
As the shipping time, UPS: 3-5 work days; DHL: 4-7 work days; TNT: 5-10 work days; EMS:
5-10 work days.
8. Produce time
Generally, it needs about 15-20 days for the wedding dress, bridal dress; 10-15 days for
the evening dress, prom dress, party dress; 5-10 days for the flower girl dress, christening

Exchange and Return Policy:
We realize that it is difficult to purchase a wedding dress over the Internet, and we really want you to be happy with your purchase.

We just accept returns on standard size wedding gowns in perfect, brand new condition (no smoke scents, no makeup stains, no alterations).
Dress(es) must be sent back within 3 days from the receipt day.
For exchanges, the clients pay all shipping cost.
For returns, a 30 % restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
