1. To choose standard size, please kindly indicate the US, UK or Europe Size standard clearly.
2. To make custom-made size, if you do not know how to measure exactly, please ask tailor to help you to measure it carefully.
3. Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you see.
4. The items will be sent to your address, please make sure your address is correct. And please let me know your contact name and telephone number.
5. The dress does not include any accessories such as gloves, wedding veil and the crinoline or petticoat (showed on the pictures).
6. If you are concerned about the return policy before placing the bid, please read our return policy carefully at the bottom of this page.
7. The taxes are charged by your country, so we will not take care of them. But if you have any suggestions, we do try our best to lower down such cases. Thanks for your co-operation and understanding.

1. For standard size dress, before you order, please make sure the detail measurement
matched the size you need. System default size is based on US size.

1)Returning For Replacement or Refund:
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your package,we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress has been made ti your order specifications. Try on your dress as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress. And if the dress is really not the one you want, we can refund you within 3 business days expect custom-made dress, but modification for the dress is free.
2) Defective,Damaged or Misshipped Items:
You are eligible for a refund of the full purchase price plus shipping costs for defective, damaged or misshipped items, if you believe your items were damaged during delivery, you must first obtain “proof of Damage”documentation from your delivery carrier.
3) Dress is not the size you ordered:
Just make sure there is no problem for your measurement you gave. And then you should measure the dress to see if it is the size you ordered, but not to measure yourself, for you are may be a little thinner or plump then after you order this dress. Should your dress size differ from the specifications of your order by more than one-two inches, we encourage you to find a local tailor to make adjustments, and we will gladly reimburse you for up to 100% of the produce price in tailoring costs. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor as a copy of it must be provided when requesting reimbursement.
4) Color Mismatch:
The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on color chart of my shop. Slight color mismatches between the color of your dress and the color shown on screen may not mean that the dress is defective or misshipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.
5) Return and full refund:
5.1)Products with quality problem in 3 days (from the date products were received) can be returned and retund.
5.2)Customer needs to send the products back to the designated returning address by acquiring the return merchandise authorization,a full refund will be proceeded after receiving the returned package.
5.3)Address for return is submitted in the meanwhile of acquiring the return merchandise authorization.
5.4)Color aberration is existed due to the color effect by the PC monitor and weather condition, The quality problem is not included with color aberration.
5.5)Quality problem can be defined as obvious quality defects,not following the customization requirement of customer and size deviation from the original size criteria as well as required measurements.

Maintenance instruction for wedding dress
Wearing:
1. Iron before wearing. Hang the dress on hanger, slightly press with steam iron to soft and stretch the fabric.
2. Carefully out on or take off to avoid breakage.
3. Put a towel under and scrub the dirt with white detergent, if the dress is split by wine or champagne, dry with paper towel to avoid any dirt.
4. Big garment bag or specific packet is required to store the dress. Sterilize with ultraviolet rays and ozone after use.
Washing: Professionally clean before storing
1. Do not wash the dress in a laundry, but wash it in the one especially for wedding dresses.
2. Toothbrush with detergent is necessary for partial dirt. Soft hand wash fo wide area of dirt.
3. Laundry: Wash as soon as possible after use. Immerse by soft detergent. Machine wash is forbidden.
Note: Neutral detergent only. Downy after wash keeps dress soft.
4. Dry-clear is required for silk, acetate fiber, rayon and wool. Skilled laundry is necessary. Carefully check after clean.
Dry
1. Turn inside out when drying.
2. Spread the wedding dress instead of handing
3. Insolation and hang out are forbidden
Folding
1. Put one hand into the dress to hold the waist and turn it over.
2. Spread the dress on the floor. Fold the two sides of the dress into the middle like a rectangle
3. Fold the dress from the train to waist, and then put it into a bag.
4. Spread the wedding dress instead of handing
Enclosed: Way of folding the farthingale
1. Hold ends of the diameter of farthingale and twist it into 8shapes, then draw it in a circle.
2. Fold the farthingale one time for fastness.
3. Fold the yarn to the middle
