1)Payment is due by Credit Card, Wire Transfer, Western Union and so on.
2)The More ,the Cheaper. If you buy two or more items together. We are glad to offer combined shipping discount to you, and vising combined shipping to you will save shipping cost greatly.
Proceeding time and shippment:
1)it will take us about 10-20 days/piece for us to finish it.if you buy many pieces of it we can make them together.
2)if you need it in hurry please choose expressed shipping method and contact us when you place an order.
3)we can ship them directly to your pointed address.
Drop shipping and Combine Shipping are both available , just let us know your demands when you order from us.

Can I return and exchange items?
All sales are final and cannot be cancelled 24 hours after your purchase. Due to all the dresses in our store are all custom-made according to the customers measurements, we cannot accommodate exchanges or refunds under any circumstances. Please be sure of the style, size, color, and any other specifications before submitting your order.
If you have any problems with your order please Contact Our Staff who will give you reasonable suggestions.
Can I return for refund?
Cause the dresses in our store you ordered are all tailored according to your measurement. We can not arrange return and refund to the customers, unless obvious quality problem with the dress you order you can return the dress for refund. If you have such problems, please feel free to Contact Our Staffwithin 7 working days.
Warm Notice
1). This is a tailor custom business, it does not stock,100% handmade, that`s why dresses can`t be 100% similar with the pictures. For example due to different computer monitors, different Light intensity and different photo effects, there can be a slight difference in design, embroidery, beads placement or color. If you need 100% similar dress, then please don`t buy, because we guarantee 90-95% similarity to the picture. But we`re sure you will like the dress, as it still will be very beautiful, with same style, and also give you joy of shopping! Integrity is the basis of any business, that`s why we need to tell you all this.
2). All dresses don`t include acessories, such as BELTS, hair accessories ,Gloves ,Petticoat etc.
3). There will be US$20.0 extra cost for plus size or complicated changing design service on the model.
4). To choose standard size, please kindly indicate the US, UK or Europe Size standard clearly.
5). For the sake of timely delivery, it is deeply appreciated with your kind providing the date of your wedding or party in the column of "order remarks" when you proceeding the order check out.
