Q:how do I contact you promptly ?
A:If you have any question about our product , please contact our online customer service , they are very friendly . Or you can send us email , we will reply you asap .
Q: Is the price contains shipping cost ?
A: Yes, all products are free shipping by China post air mail, If you want to receive the goods faster, please select EMS or E-quick, we have set the freight already, and we are so sorry to say that there are some countries we cannot provide the free shipping. If you run into this question please contact our customer service.
Q: Which payment method you can accept ?
A: We can accept Credit card by Escrow, and Western union.
Q:After I paid my order ,when do you send it out for me ?
A: After you complete the payment, We will send the items out within 5 days.
Q:How long does the shipping delivery take ?
A:We do not guarantee the delivery time on all international shipments due to differences customs clearing times.For security, we will only ship orders to the delivery address which you confirmed with Escrow. Usually the China post air mail will take 25~60 days .
Q: Do you have more privilege or VIP discount , except promotion activities ?
A: Yes, if you want to get discount or become our VIP customer , you can contact our online customer service, or you can send us email , we will reply you asap .
Q:What’s your return policy ?
A:If our product happens the follow situations , you can contact us for refund or return within 7 days from the date of receipt ,and returned item has to be new, unworn and in its original condition.

Q: How about importer taxes ?
A:We just provide the free shipping not include any importer taxes, but we will try our best to help you avoid the high tax.
