Whether you choose a standard size or give us your custom measurements, all our dresses suits are personally tailored for you from scratch.

1.To choose standard size, please kindly indicate the US, UK or Europe Size standard clearly.
2.To make custom made size, if you do not know how to measure yourself exactly, please
ask tailor to help you to measure it carefully.
3.Since computer screens have chromatic aberration,especially between CRT screen and
LCD screen, we notguarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with
the photographs you see.
4.Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
These charges are thebuyer`s responsibility.
5.There will be US$30.0 extra cost for plus size or complicated changing design service
on the model.
6.The offer is not including any accessories like veil, petticoat, gloves, etc without
special notice, if you want buy some accessories, please kindly contact us when
you place the order.
7.For the sake of timely delivery, it is deeply appreciated with your kind providing the
date of your wedding or party in the columnof "order remarks" when you proceeding
the order check out.
8.Please be note: we just gurantee all our dresses that we made will be 85-93% similar to
the model.
Return Policy
A. Quality Issues
1.If our staff finds that the merchandise is defective as described, you will receive a refund
for the purchase price plus shipping and handling fees.
2.If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the
merchandise will be shipped back to you with no refund.
B. Size Issues
Please be aware that due to the nature of the handwork required, the finished gown may
vary approximately 1" in either direction of specified measurements.If you are retruning
to the dresses or accessories, please make sure they are in the original condition-unworn,
unwashed, unaltered.
1.All dresses are made or come with margins for altering and tailoring if desired. If the
dress size did not arrive in the specification as one ordered, one choose to make the
adjustments at a local tailor, in which case we will reimburse the tailoring costs as long as
the costs does not exceed the original price of the dress %. If the tailoring costs exceed
the original price of the dress %, we will reimburse only up to the amount equal to 50% of
the dress` original cost.
2.We provide a modification service for our customers, who send back the dress and get
the dress modified within 7 working days. In this case, we are responsible for all
shipping costs.
3.Dress is not the size your order: Shoulder your dress size differ from the specifications
of your order by more than one inches, we encourage you to find a local tailor to make
adjustments, and we will gladly reimburse you for up to 100% for the product price in
tailoring costs. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your
tailor as a copy of it must be provided when requesting reimbur sement.
4.Dresses the size you ordered but does not fit: Dress that do not fit properly but fit the
specifications you order not be returned to exchanged. As our dresses are made with
additional fabric in the seams, you make minor adjustments at a local tailor, at our own cost.
Please notify you order specifications differ too greatly from the final sizing request,
resizing may not be possible.
