A.We deliver item to customers by China Post(free shipping) or by EMS(charge fee) to many countries.

8.Terms for Exchange/Return Items
Please contact us for exchange or refund within 3~6 days if:
Receiving a Defective or Damaged item ( with a clear photo showing the damaged part) Receiving a wrong item
The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way. All returns require a return authorization. That means you must contact us before ship any items back.
The refund amount don`t include the ship & handling cost unless the item is damaged or broken due to our negligence.
