9. Refund Policy

2. When you got the dress , please contact us first if there's any fault , we will do our best to resolve the problem for you. Thus, please contact us first before you leave the neutral or negative feedbacks.
3. We accept refund or change when the item is fault , but you must contact us within three days of receiving. After we accept your request, you can ship it back. Please ensure the dress is in brand new condition (no smoke scents, no makeup stains, no alterations).
For exchanges, the buyer must pay all shipping/handling charges.
Dresses must be received back to us within 7 days of your receipt.
For returns, A 20 % restocking fee will be charged on all returns . (the buyers should bear the shipping back cost.)
