Shipping:
1. We are shipping from China mainland.
2. Items will be shipped within 3-5 Business day after payment is received.
3. Free shipping by China Post Air Mail. Usually the delivery time will be10-40days. Because it will takes 7-20days from China Customs to your Customs, and a few times will be taken for processing in Post Offices and Customs.
4. We will ship your items on time, but the delivery time only depends on the shipping method you choose. If you need the item urgently, please select other shipping method by paying extra fees. So please don't leave any negative or neutral feedback because of the long delivery time.
5.The buyer will be responsible for tax or duty charged by their country.To ensure you receive upon min tax, we will declare as “gift/sample” with low value on the package by default.
6. We also provide drop ship service for your all over the world clients. You don’t need any drop ship account to place drop ship orders, just place it with your normal registered email & password from our site, and change the shipment information (Receiver, detail address, TEL) into your customer’s, then leave the message “drop ship” for this order when continue for the orders, or just e-mail to inform us.
Refund
We are sorry that the item is defective, and we will actively deal with such incidents, we also need your help.
First: If the item is defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
Second: please shoot the picture of the item is defective, and then send the picture to us by email, so that I could submit them to our Technical Director, after she check and agree, we will add the news to your next order for free.
Third: if we could not identification. All items must be returned in their original condition, in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. But in order to compensation for the loss of customers, through our assessment, we will give you some more discounts on the next order.
