About size and measurements
Because of the difference of measuring mode,and all of our dresses are hand-sewn and customized, the finished gown may vary by approximately one inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your dress will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications

Prossessing time
Most of our evening dresses and accessories are in stock,which can be shipped in 48 hours after we receive your payment. The stock may change any time,pleaste contact us to confirm if the dress you would like to order is in stock. Non-in-stock dresses will be shipped in 15-25 days after we receive your payment.
Most of our wedding dresses and wedding party dresses are not in stock, please order at least 30 days in advance.
Shipping time
Your orders will be shipped via express(DHL,Fedex,EMS,TNT or UPS, with which express depends on the destination coutries). The shipping time will be 3-7 business days.
If buyers change the address with the express company(rather than the address you give us) after the order is already shipped, in this case, if any further fees is charged, the buyer should pay for the fee.
Note:We have no control on the customs. And usually there are no import duties, taxes or customs for the goods to most destinations. If by some case, you are subject to customs or import duties on delivery, you are responsible for paying them to receive your package. eDresShop not responsible for the delay of shipping caused by the customs clearance.
Color Mismatch
The pictures of eDresShop are all in-kind shooting, we made our great efforts to avoide colour difference. However,the settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures. If you choose other colour rather than the picture colour, there rmay be possibilities that the real colour may slightly differ from the colour chart(in most occasions no). Slight color aberration of your dress and the colour shown on screen dose not mean that the dress is defective or mis-shipped.
Ahout Custom-made
If you would like to order the dress custom-made,please contact us for the measurements guide. Please full fill the measurements chart and send it back to us. Custom-made a dress will take 20-30 days, please set aside enough time for your order.
Please understand that no custom-made dresses can be returned or exchanged.
General Return Policies
Contact our customer Service to initiate the return process within 7 days upon receiving your item(s).
Please note that we only accept products in their original condition,wored,washed,dirty,damaged,with perfume or smoke items cannot be retured,and we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service and obtain a "Product Return" form that must be included with your package.
Please note that we will not accept any returned items by the color difference which is caused by your display monitor or the weather condition.
