B: Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you saw.
c. The wedding dress does not include any accessories such as gloves, wedding veil and the crinoline petticoat ( show on the pictures). Bidding is for the dress only!!!
Shipping and handing
A:EMS shipping time about 5-7 days.EMS is strength in the country such as USA,Canada,Australia,Singapore,UK,France,Netherland,Sweden,Germany,Japan,Fenland,Greece.If you are not in these countries, you would better choose other ship company.
B: TNT or DHL is strength for most of the country all over the world, but shipping cost would be a little higher than EMS. Shipping time usually about 3-5 business days.

before buy the items, all our items has descript the measurements, and we could help you to check your size that fit you. So you should check and confirm the size and length carefully and make sure that the item size is fit for you .
We will check the size and confirm the item is perfect before shipping out all the items. When you received the item, if you find any questions, please feel free to contact us and let us know the problem.
If the dress is not fit for you, please contact us, we could refund or exchange for you. Dresses must be received back to us within 7 days of your receipt. Item must be returned in originally received condition with all packaging. Brand new condition (NO smoke scents, NO makeup stains, NO alterations).
