Production Leading Time
Whether you choose a standard size or give us your real measurements, all our items are personally tailored for you from scratch.
Remarks
1. To choose standard size, please kindly indicate the US, UK or Europe Size standard clearly.
2. To make custom made size, if you do not know how to measure yourself exactly, please ask tailor to help you to measure it carefully.
3. Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you see.
4. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
5. There will be US $20 extra cost for plus size or complicated changing design service on the model.
6. If you need rush service, you should pay for exra $20.
7. The offer is not including any accessories like veil, petticoat, gloves, etc without special notice, if you want buy some accessories, please kindly contact us when you place the order.
8. For the sake of timely delivery, it is deeply appreciated with your kind providing the date of your wedding or party in the column of "order remarks" when you proceeding the order check.
Supplier Promise
Return Policy:
All returns must be sent within 7 days of the shipment being delivered. We only accept dresses in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, and must have the tags intact and still attached. Please provide a detailed explanation in the return package.
-Size Problems:
1. Standard Size: Pls check our standard size chart details include bust, size, hips, shoulder to floor carefully before ordering. If you have ordered standard size dress, but the dress is not fit you, we cannot accept this kind of return.
2. Custom Made Size: We suggest you find a professional tailor to measure you according to our measurement guide. If the sizes we did are the same as you ordered, we cannot accept this kind of return.
3. But if the sizes are not the same as you ordered (you need to send us photos to prove this mistake by putting on the dress and use soft Tape to measure the dress), we can offer refund and pls help us return goods.
4. We also offer free modification service for our customers, who can send back the dress and get the dress modified within 7 working days and pls pay for shipping fee.
5. If the dress size did not arrive in the specification as one ordered you can find a local tailor who can help you,in which case we will reimburse the tailoring costs as long as the costs does not exceed the original price of the dress by 50%. If the tailoring costs exceed the original price of the dress by 50%, we will reimburse only up to the amount equal to 50% of the dress`s original cost.
- Color Problems:
Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee the color of the dress you get will be 100% similar as the color chart. And also different fabrics will show different color degree on the same color. So we can not accept any returned dress for sake of color. Please kindly understand us. If you are very sensitive for color, we suggest you ordering fabric color samples as you want before ordering.
But for example, if you have ordered a red dress, but you got a blue dress, of course we will offer full refund!
