All dresses on our website can be custom made to exact measurements if you provide us with your custom sizes. If you decide to order standard size, you may use the above charts to map your measurements to the closest size to be ordered. If your measurements indicate one size for the "bust" and a different size for the "waist and/or hips", we suggest ordering according to the largest measurement. Dresses can easily be taken in by a skilled tailor or professional seamstress.

2. Custom Made Size: We suggest you find a professional tailor to measure you according to our measurement guide. If the sizes we did are the same as you ordered, we cannot accept this kind of return.
3. But if the sizes are not the same as you ordered (you need to send us photos to prove this mistake by putting on the dress and use soft Tape to measure the dress), we can offer refund and pls help us return goods.
4. We also offer free modification service for our customers, who can send back the dress and get the dress modified within 7 working days and pls pay for shipping fee.
5. If the dress size did not arrive in the specification as one ordered you can find a local tailor who can help you,in which case we will reimburse the tailoring costs as long as the costs does not exceed the original price of the dress by 50%. If the tailoring costs exceed the original price of the dress by 50%, we will reimburse only up to the amount equal to 50% of the dress`s original cost.
- Return Details:
All returns must be sent within 7 days of the shipment being delivered. We only accept dresses in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, and must have the tags intact and still attached. Please provide a detailed explanation and returen code in the return package.

Q: Can I return goods if not fit?
A: If the dress is the same sizes as you ordered, we can not accpet return for refund and we strongly suggest you find a local tailor to amend it. But if the dress is the same sizes as you ordered which caused not fit, pls offer us photos for us by email for us to have a check and our services will contact you within 24 hours.
Q: Can I change the fabric from original style?
A: We strongly do not support this idea, but if you insist we can satisfy you, but for this reason we can not accept refund and return, hope you can kindly understand it.
Q: What is the best time for ordering my evening dress?
A: Usually it will take us about 20~25 days to sew the dress and another 3~20 business days for shipping, so we suggest you order 2 months before wedding date to avoid any delay.

A: No, this is just dress price, you need to pay extra for accessories such as jacket, shawl, necklace, earrings, gloves, veil, petticoat and so on.
