Payment Terms:
We are receiving payment after delivery, Any doubt about payment you can contact with us.
Shipment:
1. We will send the items within 3-5 working days once your payment is completed.
2. China Post Air mail takes 15-30 days for the delivery. EMS takes 4-9 working days usually, but we do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries.
3. The packing size here may be different from the actual packing size, if you are very concerned about the packing size, please contact with us.
4. Please note that buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for importation into your country. The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for customs duties.
Return:
1. We do our best to serve our customers as much as we can. If the items have some defectives, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on any returned items. It may take up to 7 business days to process your return after receiving your product.
2. Sizing or Fit Issue, as our entire garments are measured by hand-dipping, the final size may vary by approximately ±1 cm in the specified measurements. If you find the products are not suitable for you and have questions, you can contact us directly.
3. Color Mismatch, Differences in color may be caused by some reasons such as color reflection in the monitor, lighting, background etc. However, if you believe that the item received is in wrong color, please contact us to see if a return or refund is possible.
