Thestandard sizebased on our size table, if you want to make a custom made service,The below is just a guide. We recommend that whenever possible you get a qualified seamstress to measure your dress size. Always get someone else to make the measurements for you: measuring yourself will give inaccurate numbers and could lead to disappointment. Measure with undergarments similar to those you will wear with your dress; do not measure over other clothing.

You can choose your favorite color of the dress from our color table. If there have no the color you like, please provide us the reference picture, we would choose the most closed color fabric to make your dress.

B: Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you saw.
C. The wedding dress does not include any accessories such as gloves, wedding veil and the crinoline petticoat ( show on the pictures). Bidding is for the dress only!!!

1. How long it may take for preparing the dress after my purchase/order?
- It takes about 15-20 days for dress preparing, after payment and order Information(dress colour,size, other requirement) received.
2. How much it costs for customs/tax?
-As for the customs fee, it depends on custom office in your country. The buyer is responsible for any tax or duty charged by their country. When we ship the item to you, we will print a "GIFT" ont he package, the possibility of customs charge is seldom.
3. If I don't like the dress, or it doesn't fit me after receiving, may I return it back?
-we accept return policy, only because of quality problem. such as color-size problem, customizes dress are not available for return policy.
Return Policy
1). You must contact us within 3 days (72 hours) from the reception of your dress(es). Please state the problem of the received goods and the reason for the return.
2) Item(s) must be returned in its original condition with no signs of wear, tear, or odors.
3). Return shipping charges will be the buyer’s responsibility.If you are happy with the item, please help to leave us positive feedback,thanks for your support.
