A: Sure, our dresses are in the same quality assurement with other famous designer dresses. Because we have our own factory and designers .And We have some wholesalers and retailers, that is drop ship.So we can provide you best dress in lowest price.
Q: Can I see that dress in other colors?
A: Unfortunately we are only allowed to send or post pictures provided to us by the manufacturers of the dresses we sell. Not all colors of the dresses are pictured by the manufacturers and therefore all the pictures you see are the only ones we have available. Only thing you can try to do is find another dress by that same company called the same color and it will be the same depending on the fabric.
Q: Can I order a longer dress than standard and will it cost me more?
A: Yes,you can order a longer dress if required dresses,the price is the same.For Bridesmaid and flowergirl dresses,there will be a small surcharge.Please tell us your requirements before ordering.
Q: How do I place my order in this website?
A: You can view the latest style on our on-line catalogue. If you find a dress that you want to buy just put it into the shopping cart and then go check out.
Q: Why do we take the money up front?
A: By taking all monies at the time of ordering, we prevent the need to hire additional Admin staff to deal with deferred payments. The lower our overheads are, the cheaper we can sell our products.
Q: When should I place my order?
A: Usually, you can receive your custom dresses within 35 days after you have confirmed your order. So we suggest you make your order one month before your party date. If need the dress urgently, we can make the dresses within a required time for you, but you will be asked to pay a supplementary fee.
Q: How quick do you respond to emails?
A: We endeavor to respond to all emails within two working days of receipt but aim to respond within one day.
Q: Is the color of the dress shown in the picture, the same as the swatch?
A: Not always. Your computer monitor and color correction utilities may change the colors. Different brands of computers, lighting in the room and other variables can also make the color appear different.
Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: To cancel your order, you need to tell us your order number within the email. We will ensure someone from our customer service team acknowledges your email, so you know the order has been cancelled.
Q: How to track my order?
A: After placing an order, you can check order status through your account and we will inform you the current state of your order through email: Order Summary, Payment Confirmation, Launch Production, Dispatch Advice.
You can also check your order delivery status at shipping company website using tracking number which submitted to your account after we ship out your package. We take the delivery methods at the present time, like EMS, TNT and DHL,and so on.
ReturnPolicy
You have to contact us in 7 days from the date you received it. If this item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered as used and we will not issue you any refund or replacement.
All returned items must be in the original packaging and you must provide us with tracking number, specific reason for the returns, and your aliexpress ID.
We will refund you upon receipt of the item in its original condition, after both Buyer and Seller cancel the transaction from aliexpress. Or you may have a replacement.
Return shipping should be paid by buyer.
