A:We just accept returns on standard size wedding gowns in perfect, brand new condition (no smoke scents, no makeup stains, no alterations).
B:Dress(es) must be sent back within 3 days from the receipt day., you can send by DHL,UPS,TNT or FEDEX .
For exchanges, the clients pay all shipping cost.
For returns, a 30 % restocking fee will be charged on all returns.C. When you making a return, please include a note with your name, address, and Item number, a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Please indicate if you prefer an exchange or refund
